Our mission at Hair ‘N Bloom formerly known as True Image Beauty is to live out our passion for beauty and service by lending our talent, creative vision, and transformative powers to meet our guests needs and exceed their expectations. We offer a relaxing and welcoming environment that is both modern and chic. We have passion for what we do and I will make every decision with the guests needs in mind. Creative freedom is essential for sucess as a service provider and grants us the opportunity to go beyond your expectations. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will try to completely accommodate all of your needs in an atmosphere of innovation and even more excellence. Without our guests we could not live out our passion!
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our providers, we ask that you give at least 48 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If a guest has failed to give adequate notice on three (3) separate occasions, a non-refundable reservation deposit will be required to secure the next appointment. A reservation deposit of 50% is required for appointments for the total estimated charge. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. * If you are getting a color service to ensure the best results and allow ample time for our skilled stylists, we recommend scheduling your appointment when you have no other commitments on that day.

Verónica Ortega is a passionate hairstylist with over 16 years of experience in the industry. What sets Verónica apart is her unwavering commitment to providing outstanding services to her clients. To Verónica, clients become part of the extended family. She takes pride in creating personal connections, understanding their unique preferences and needs, and using her expertise to bring life to their vision. For each client, the chair becomes a place of trust, connection, and transformation.
Karina Martinez
Karina Martinez is an administrative assistant with True Image Beauty Hair Salon. Karina has a unique perspective and incredible tenacity, having overcome certain physical obstacles in her life experiences. But Karina does not allow her medical condition of Spina Bífida define who she is or limit what she can accomplish. Working from home, Karina is an essential part of the salon's team, Through perseverance and hard work, she has become an exceptional administrative assistant.
Chloe Ragano
Meet Chloe Ragano, a dedicated cosmetologist who specializes in blondes color, and blending and more. Chloe has a true passion for enhancing her clients' beauty, making sure each one leaves her chair feeling confident and refreshed. Outside of her profession, Chloe cherishes her time with her beautiful family, including her two wonderful children. She loves spending time outdoors, soaking in nature's beauty and making lasting memories with her loved ones.
