Our mission at Hair ‘N Bloom formerly known as True Image Beauty is to live out our passion for beauty and service by lending our talent, creative vision, and transformative powers to meet our guests needs and exceed their expectations. We offer a relaxing and welcoming environment that is both modern and chic. We have passion for what we do and I will make every decision with the guests needs in mind. Creative freedom is essential for sucess as a service provider and grants us the opportunity to go beyond your expectations. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will try to completely accommodate all of your needs in an atmosphere of innovation and even more excellence. Without our guests we could not live out our passion!
CANCELLATION POLICY
To best serve all of our guests, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. As a courtesy, we allow one grace occurrence for a missed, late-cancelled, or rescheduled appointment. After that, a credit card will be required on file for future bookings. If another appointment is missed or not honored, a deposit will be required to reserve any future appointment. For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all guests, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. We love little ones, but our salon environment is not set up to safely accommodate children during appointments. * If you are getting a color service to ensure the best results and allow ample time for our skilled stylists, we recommend scheduling your appointment when you have no other commitments on that day.
